GM’s Internal Review Notes a “Pattern of Incompetence and Neglect”

It is being reported that 15 executives have been fired at GM after the release of an internal investigation into the delayed ignition with recall. The GM’s internal review notes a “pattern of incompetence and neglect” that lead to the delay which has now been tied to at least 13 deaths. GM is set to pay a $35 million fine and still faces ongoing investigations by Congress and the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration. Hopefully, this never happens again at GM or any other vehicle manufacturer. A link to the CNN.com article is here.
